I was all excited to get my cup. It was a birthday gift. However I noticed an area on the cup that looked splotchy.. So I emailed several times and included pictures, 6 days in and ZERO reply to my emails. ALL I wanted was to know if this is how it's supposed to look. It takes away from the whole look and shows poor quality control
so you get 1 star.. for ZERO customer service.
don't spend your money here as the customer service doesn't exist.

I was excited to get my tumbler.. until I noticed a spot that looked like it got wet and spotted during the process. I emailed.. several times.. 6 days now and ZERO responce. the cup hold liquid.. but they get 2 star for piss poor non existent customer service. I will NOT give them any more business just for this reason.

I love it. It came in a timely manner. Love the personalization
